Step2Skills Adult learning and employment support, formerly known as Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Service (HAFLS), runs a wide range of quality and approved courses for adults aged 19+, aimed to help improve people’s lives.

They are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and European Social Fund to deliver community learning courses for adults, young people and families across Hertfordshire.
